Just another day at KIA The other day I stopped in to Kia because I was loosing tire pressure. They brought my car in right away. Asked the reason for the visit. Did a little paper work then sat in the waiting room. ( btw nice waiting room with complimentary drinks coffee and snack). About 20 minutes later my car was done.. it was a nail in my tire. They patched me up did a double check on any recalls or up and coming maintenance needs. And sent me on my way. And by sent me on my way I mean. Walked me out to my car opened the door said thank you for coming in and have a nice day. To most that don’t sound like anything special. But to a customer it’s a pleasure doing business with someone who is nice, listens, respectful and courteous. Thanks my next car will be a Kia... More

Charged me for tire balancing when it should have been free I bought my tires there so it should have been free. Oil change, 2 new tires, and an alignment I will never go for service on my car anywhere else but here, every time i go in, regardless the reason, i am treated with the upmost respect, I am ne I will never go for service on my car anywhere else but here, every time i go in, regardless the reason, i am treated with the upmost respect, I am never overcharged, and they are so honest with me. Every customer after us also had chips in their windshields that they wanted to fix for free ,also, just bill insurance company. They have a guy at check in who is not wearing a Kia uniform that apparently checks every car at check in for windshield "chips" and offers to repair chips for free if you give him your car insurance information. Two trivial scratches noted on exam by myself. Also, on a previous oil change, they forgot to replace the oil filler cap, and we had to go back for a replacement. More
