Difficult and stressful I went in for a key replacement. Kia was trying to charge me for the fact that they couldn’t get my key connected within the 4 hours I was there. Great Customer Service in the Service Center I had my car towed from another shop in town when they couldn’t figure out why my car wouldn’t start. They were very thorough in determining the problem and eventually provided a loaner car when they knew it would take awhile to fix. I appreciate that they were helpful and courteous each time I called and that they were willing to take it back in when it stopped working again. Having your car in the shop can be a very humbling experience, but it was made less painful by the kind attitude of the people I spoke with each time. More

AMAZINGLY FAST SERVICE! On Monday morning, my car started acting sluggish. A dashboard light came on, so I had it checked at a local automotive parts store. I was told it was my cam shaft, so I phoned Kia and they got me in within the next couple of hours! The repair was covered under a recall and they advised me of another recall -- both repairs were made in quick order, as well a couple more updates that I hadn't been aware of. The staff was friendly and the waiting area was warm and clean, with free refreshments and a television -- very comfortable! More
