Recall Express I was called to set up an appointment because my car had a recall. They called on a Tuesday I had the appointment on Thursday. I waited in a very nice comfortable Lounge where they give you water snacks and coffee. If you need to be taken somewhere they have a shuttle that will take you. Very clean. More

Do not buy a new Kia. Leased a brand new 2019 Kia Forte from Kia of Lansing on November 27th 2018 with 251 miles on it. The next morning November 28th 2018, the new vehicle Leased a brand new 2019 Kia Forte from Kia of Lansing on November 27th 2018 with 251 miles on it. The next morning November 28th 2018, the new vehicle would not respond to any of its key fobs commands. I was able to get into the car manually with the car key, but all of the dash lights stayed on when I started the vehicle. I returned the vehicle to Kia of Lansing service department that morning with a total of 271 miles on the car. For the next 29 days the vehicle was in the service department being repaired. At that time another case was opened with Kia Consumers affairs for my new car problems. I was then assigned a regional analyst by the name of Morgan Morgan whom customer service and customer case follow-up was by far the worst customer service ever! The regional analyst never provided me with any status updates of the vehicle during the car repair process, even after I left multiple voicemails messages and sent several emails asking for a status update on the case. At this time I am still experiencing intermittent electrical issues with my new 2019 Kia Forte even with providing video proof on 1/14/2019 and today 2/13/2019. It seems to me that the entire culture of Kia of Lansing and Kia corp is to ignore my vehicle intermittent issues by stating if they can not duplicate the problems (Even with me having viideo proof) is that their is nothing that they can do for you unless the problems is occurring in their presents at the service shop. More

The BEST!!!!!! I have owned other makes of cars in my many years of driving. And KIA of Lansing is the best ever!! I had to have a software update to my 2017 KIA Opt I have owned other makes of cars in my many years of driving. And KIA of Lansing is the best ever!! I had to have a software update to my 2017 KIA Optima. It took exactly the time that they said that it would. The next day my engine light started flashing. I called the service department. They said to bring the car in ASAP. I did and they told me that it needed a new wiring harness due to the new software. They gave me a 2019 KIA Forte to drive until mine was fixed. I am so pleased with KIA of Lansing. They care about their customers and it shows!!! My next car will definitely be another KIA!!! Thank-you so very much!!!!!!! More
