Wonderful and affordable service! I needed a repair on my transmission system and I couldn’t afford the repair needed. Also, I’ve taken my Kia to other shops and find that those that don’t regularly work on kias sometimes don’t have the knowledge base needed. I’ll always take my car to the dealership for repairs as often as possible. They know what they are doing with my car and I can trust them to only do what’s necessary and within my budget. More

Needed new battery off the lot I bought my car which was 2 years old. It was unable to start several times after the sale. I called Staci and she said bring it in we'll look at it, I bought my car which was 2 years old. It was unable to start several times after the sale. I called Staci and she said bring it in we'll look at it, so I did. I spoke to the service person telling them the battery had been unable to start the car and error codes were coming up and it needed to be replaced. He said he'd check it out. I was shocked to find out not only had they charged me to confirm it needed a new battery but didn't even offer to replace it. At a minimum they should have waived the cost of confirming the battery was bad. We knew it needed a battery that's why my car wouldn't start until it was jumped each time. After paying for them to test the battery I had to jump start my car to get it off the lot. Customer service and efforts to create a long term relationship were just ruined. More
