I was extremely disappointed twice re: service. I'll never go into a Kia dealership again. I'm telling everyone I meet to never buy a Kia. Couldn't get the car the new security upgrade when I was there on time for my appointment. Service people did'nt give a xxxx. More

Excellent service under bad weather circumstances at the time. Manager made sure my vehicle wasn't on a hoist in case we lost power then quickly completed my service after the weather passed.
