Key fob failed This was the second time I brought my car in with a failed key fob. The first time I was unable to be helped since the service department was getting This was the second time I brought my car in with a failed key fob. The first time I was unable to be helped since the service department was getting ready to close. The second time, I made it clear they were going to help me. Devan was great at making certain this was going to happen. I couldn’t lock or unlock my car. With going into the holidays, I needed to be able to lock/unlock my car as I traveled around town. They had to order me a new fob...I am still waiting to get the new one. I am not completed with this service yet. More
Oil change completed quickly and for very great price. No extras were pushed by the service technicians unlike the quick oil change places. recall work I received a recall notice in the mail and happily brought my KIA in. I had recent problems with the oil levels going very low. When reading about th I received a recall notice in the mail and happily brought my KIA in. I had recent problems with the oil levels going very low. When reading about the recall I thought some of this could be related. 1/2 hr into my stay at the service center they tell me I'm all set. My paper work doesn't really say what they did other then change my oil. My oil light doesn't even go on when my oil is low. It was so low at one point It didn't even register on the stick. That's not good and no indicator light. I'm getting a new vehicle and it won't be a KIA. More

You got me right in first thing Mon. morning & fixed it. I have always been VERY happy with the Service Dept.!! But, the Body Shop, not so much. They had my car for a MONTH (front-end work-radiator, etc.)!!! My insurance co. felt they were putting other cars in front of mine & that a month was way too long for them to have my car. They said if I had agreed to have another body shop do it it would have been finished long before a month but I had always been so happy with your Service Dept., I wanted your guys to work on it. More
