Make your service adviser prove to you what was done. I was in to have a recall service performed and had requested additional inspections due to the car pulling to the right. I requested that the nitroge I was in to have a recall service performed and had requested additional inspections due to the car pulling to the right. I requested that the nitrogen be topped off in the tires as I've paid for the service from Kia. Tech went thru the car and the service adviser assured me that all was right as per design and tolerances. When I got home, all 4 tires were 10+ lbs under the recommended 33lbs in the driver door sticker. Something as menial as air pressure was overlooked by their technician. What else are they incapable of??? More

Unreliable They stated the repair would take 1-2 weeks maximum. Whole thing took 4 weeks. The last two-week stretch i was told 4 different days it'd be done, but They stated the repair would take 1-2 weeks maximum. Whole thing took 4 weeks. The last two-week stretch i was told 4 different days it'd be done, but they could never keep to their own timeline. I needed a new bumper and trunk pieces. They fixed the bumper but the trunk doesn't usually shut anymore, it just bounces back up over and over when you shut it. I will say i appreciated the interior detailing they did, however, they were working inside the trunk primarily but NEVER cleaned it. There was dirt all over inside the trunk and visible footprints on the inside of both sides of the trunk. I appreciate kia sales and service team. I, however, would advise against taking vehicles to the body shop after my experience More
