Routine oil change I showed up to Kia for an oil change, without an appointment, and was helped immediately. Not only was my service complete in less than 30 minutes, they performed a multi point check and noticed I could use a new set of cabin filters as well. All complete, like I said in less than 30, with a full service center full of customers. Very pleased! More

Settings I sent my car in with my husband because I was sick, but he seemed satisfied with the communication and the waiting area. I can't give it five stars because I have to reprogram settings after I get my car back. I find this annoying for just an oil change. For instance, my lights were no longer set on auto and my mode was changed from my normal Eco mode. Not sure what else I will find. I have not experienced this with other service departments. More

Excellent service, as always I arrive 15 minutes late for my appointment. I ask if I can still get my oil change, I am told “Anything for you!”. I sit in a very nice waiting room and am updated a few times of the status of my service. 24 minutes later, I am on my way. The service professionals are efficient, polite, and awesome to work with. 11,000 maintenance I brought my 2016 KIA Sorento in for its scheduled maintenance, and I had no wait time whatsoever. Service center has always treated me with respect, all are friendly. Was able to put me in a loaner.
