Customer service has gone downhill. They give bad advice and are no longer customer focused. I requested my tires get rotated because I had more tread on the back ones than the front. They give bad advice and are no longer customer focused. I requested my tires get rotated because I had more tread on the back ones than the front. After sitting in the waiting room they finally come in to tell me that they recommend leaving the better tires on the back for better traction in the winter. The problem is my vehicle is front wheel drive. And tonight during one of the first snow storms, that poor advice was made very evident. More
