Everyone that works here that I have had contact with are always very friendly and helpful, also the last place I had my oil change when I couldn't get to Kia of Lansing told me I needed 2 new tires, my tire always very friendly and helpful, also the last place I had my oil change when I couldn't get to Kia of Lansing told me I needed 2 new tires, my tires less than a year old and brake pads and a rotar..when Kia checked I need neither, so very trustworthy not just trying to get money for unneeded repairs.
