My experience so far with this dealership is terrible. Customer service or satisfaction is clearly not a goal of theirs. I went in for a recall and a malfunctioning collision avoidance system. Parts had to be ordered for recall, still waiting to be told they are in, a status or an ETA. I was told it would.be a few days. That was over a month ago. Still no calls. As for my collision avoidance, there was a small stuff on the front bumper and I was told that Kia would not repair it under warranty because I hit something. Well what the service writer does not know is what I did for a living. If that MINOR mark,skuff, or scratch caused the mount to break, or camera to stop working Kia has WAY bigger problems and my want to consider getting out of the car business because they are going to go broke in paying out liability judgements against them. More
A couple times where we called for a status check, put on hold for 15 minutes, call ended and never called back. Informed by one worker they did not have rentals, then advised by another worker they did s hold for 15 minutes, call ended and never called back. Thankfully got a rental from Kia but that was after borrowing a friends car and paying for a rental for a few days due to the mismatch of information. Air conditioner caps left off vehicle under hood. We would not have noticed unless a friend said something. Chip in passenger side rear floor step that was not there before taking car in. More
As always the service department performed in the most professional and friendly manner. The car was repaired quicker than originally expected and provided us with unexpected savings. This dealership re-defines what Customer service is supposed to look like. Jeremy is your man if you need someone to pinpoint root causes of any issues with your car and have it taken care of. Cost is something that they keep in mind and give you options based on the analysis. I have worked with Keith as well. He’s a great guy too. And free shuttle service when your vehicle is getting ready and good drivers that keep you entertained during the course of the shuttle ride. -DJ More
