I had to bring my Sorento in for warranty work and initially over the phone was 2 hours. When i got there it was 4hours. Finally picked up my car 7 hours later. I was late for work by an hour and I told them I needed the shuttle to get me by 4, they sent the shuttle out at 4.i would give 1 star but Keith the service manager is a nice guy and helped me the next day when I had to bring my car back. Customer service has gone downhill, but has gotten way more expensive. Don't bother scheduling an appointment. I used to schedule them on their website but noticed I was still waiting a long time. Last time I went in for an oil change and mentioned this to one of the service managers he told me that they don't see any of the appointments that get made online. Maybe this is something you should look into fixing or take the option off your website!? We waited almost 2 hours for an oil change but we had to leave and the manager told me to schedule an appointment with him for the following Monday and I would be in and out and in no time. I set an appointment for 5 p.m. I arrived at 4:50 p.m. and did not leave until almost 2 1/2 hours later!! This was for a simple oil change and new wiper blades! I will be looking elsewhere for the service needs on my Kia. More
