We needed new tires after they were discovered to be worn out at the oil change and they were able to get us great tires a good price and it covers 2 years road hazard. When I took my car in to get fixed, it took them 4 months to fix it. After 2 months they kept telling me that it was going to be done and when I called them back they would tell me something else, the months to fix it.
