I've been a Kia customer since 2009. Taking my current Kia in for service has always been a pleasant experience. The guys are always very nice and respectful. They keep you fully informed as to what's bei Kia in for service has always been a pleasant experience. The guys are always very nice and respectful. One very nice thing about this dealership overall is that in all the years I've been going there, it's basically the same people. That says a lot in a dealership this size, about the work environment. I appreciate that. More

Honestly I was excited about purchasing my sportage. Upon my first time there for a servicing I was told 45 minutes for an oil change. 10 minutes later the guy handed me my keys and paperwork and said I was my first time there for a servicing I was told 45 minutes for an oil change. 10 minutes later the guy handed me my keys and paperwork and said I was all set. Hmmmm? They never reset my milage until next servicing. Now after my 2nd time for servicing I'm not impressed at all. I asked for them to figure out why my windshield keeps getting a fisheyed film. I leave and my windshield is all smeared where they put the milage sticker. Not impressed More
