Edit: They called us today and gave us an update on our car and there was a reason they could not share the reason for waiting. After talking about it and finding out what was wrong and them going to fix car and there was a reason they could not share the reason for waiting. I cannot fully apologize as with us being in the dark, we were livid over the lack of any communication, they have made it right in our opinion. Previous review: Considering our car has been there for 2.5 weeks and we have heard nothing about any progress. This on top of mixing our car up with someone else’s and saying it was ready. My husband left work and took a Lyft to get there. Never got a call back from the individual that made the mistake (even though we requested one). Never got so much as an apology. Also, my husband went in for a scheduled appointment oil change about 3 months ago and was there for almost 3 hours. When he went to ask status after about 2 hours, nobody could find the person that was supposed to be working on it. As soon as we get our car back, this will be our last transaction at this dealer. We will go into Orlando from now on. Very disappointing. We loved the KIA service department in Spokane, WA and in Orlando, FL. Moving out to a new area, we are seeing that this one in Leesburg is terrible. More
