I brought my car in for a oil change. They did that and rotated the tires, check tires, brakes, air cleaners replaced one. Very disappointed and sales and financing. Chris quoted me one price of 33000 . Chris told me don’t pay attention to price on sticker. the loan department wrote the sale up at 39 Chris w Chris quoted me one price of 33000 . Chris told me don’t pay attention to price on sticker. the loan department wrote the sale up at 39 Chris was so nice during our test drive and I had to leave and left him with my husband and the loan dept and Humberto and his son were the sneakiest and I felt threatened by their actions. Chris said he can’t control what they do in loan department. Chris tried to figure out how to make it right but it was out of his control. To this day I received no training in this vehicle or I do not know when service is do. Also the same car 🚗 x listed for 35000 today. There was so much wrong on this purchase. All they do is talk about my trade in. I had cash and did not have to trade in my vehicle. That was Chri’s decision. We were back in their dealership within 10 hours of the purchase and Humberto greeted us at door and took us in an enclosed office slammed his fist on the desk and pointed at the computer and said loudly what is in that computer can’t be changed and you can’t sell or refinance your car for 90 days now. You don’t Bully older people or anyone. My spouse has been sick and this was such emotional trauma on him. They know what they did to me I would not do this to any of you. My complaints have been initiated and I can never buy another Kia under these circumstances. To get service I have to drive 49 miles away now. I feel bad for Chris to be a member of this team because he knows the truth. Also had to deal with Marc whom made Humberto’s incentives right I know Marc has been the middle man to rectify this mess but I think it is out of his hands. He seemed very fair and. Came in that evening for my training on my car and Chris was gone. Chris insisted not to do survey for Kia until he trained me. There was just so many wrong turns in this car buying experience. I tell people to go to your lender and get pre approved before going to your dealership. More
