Paying bill lady very rude, needs training. I ask for discount per total $ spend she was very rude and said the service person was suppose to do that not me. Everything was great from setting my appointment thru the internet dept. Saw the car that I was interested in on Carfax website. The next morning my sales associate, Serhan called to confirm my appointment, internet dept. Saw the car that I was interested in on Carfax website.
