However, in 2019, two things happened. The consumer reports were not as good as KIA, and the experience at the dealership was (frankly) arrogant. I went to Bill Bryan Kia with the thought of “just looking.” I left with my new Sportage. In short, I enjoyed the buying experience, and I absolutely love the car. I could have purchased any size SUV I wanted, but this vehicle was simply all I needed. To sum it up, I’m a fan of both the car and the dealer. Stephen More
