Bill Bryan was perhaps one of the worst experiences of my life, and I hope this review can serve as a "Buyer Beware" warning to others. I love dealers where a "Fair Price" is marked on the vehicle windshield and is often near the Invoice Price. No haggling and a stress-free purchase. Not so here! This purchase took over 7 hours in all, and created lots of stress. Rather than honestly saying that they sell at MSRP and give no discounts, they played the game of marking the MSRP price up $5000 some dollars and then showed a "Dealer Discount" in the same amount attempting to show me what a deal I was getting. That is the kind of BS I absolutely hate and find an affront to my intelligence. After some arguing about how disingenuous I felt that to be the Sales Manager offered me a FREE 3-year oil change and basic services deal. That was the best they would do despite the fact that this is September and the 2020 models will be out in 45 days, or so, and the 2019 models (as I was buying) will drop in price in an effort to clear inventory. So, tired of their obfuscation we accepted the deal. BUT then the "scam" began! We were ushered into the Finance office to sign the 20+ some pieces of paper (which incidentally I asked to see a day before so I had time to review the contents but was told that was "impossible"). As they threw contract after contract at us with up to a dozen or more signatures on each page (I'm thinking now that is to distract you from having time to read the contents) we finally got everything done.... but the end price seemed considerably higher than what I thought it should be!!! When we returned home and had adequate time to review everything, I discovered that the dealership had ADDED WITHOUT MY FULL KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION over $3,400 in bogus charges!!!! This included Paintless Dent Removal, Just Tires Warranty, Extended Warranty Service Contract, and a Maintenance Contract. When I then advised them they were looking at a MAJOR LAWSUIT for fraud. They relented and said "They had made a mistake." Yah. Sure. I really believed that! They asked us to come back in (50 mile round trip for us) and sign a new Financing Agreement. In the office, I was SUPER suspicious of integrity by that time and carefully checked the contract. Well, they did take off the bogus charges but then tried to sneak in the "FREE 3 years of oil changes" by adding a $277 "maintenance charge" to the Invoice, but I caught that one and raised the roof. All in all a VERY UNPLEASANT buying experience. Certainly the worst and the "slimiest" in my life. We love our new Kia, but would certainly hesitate to ever buy from this dealer again. More

My Sales Specialist, Sam Genao, was most helpful and did not push me to make a decision. We agreed on the car and the price. He was very good at pointing out the improvements to the Soul which I liked very much. More
