Truly Exceptional I've purchased alot of vehicles over the years but hands down this was the most un-stressful purchase I have made. I also had my 2yr old daughter with I've purchased alot of vehicles over the years but hands down this was the most un-stressful purchase I have made. I also had my 2yr old daughter with me that can be a bit of a handful but everyone was so nice and caring. It made the experience that much smoother. Tim made sure everything was explained clearly. Sometimes having a new vehicle with different electrical functions can be a little difficult to get use to but Tim explained them clearly an understandable. I usually dread buying a car but really truly exceptional experience. More

Sooooooo Dissappointed!! Friday-June 28, a rep contacted me and stated that they had great end of the month deals, would I be interested? I explained that I did not think it Friday-June 28, a rep contacted me and stated that they had great end of the month deals, would I be interested? I explained that I did not think it would be possible as I owed too much on my current vehicle. He then began asking questions. I told him the maximum amount I would pay per month, I gave him my payoff ( I was within $200 of actual payoff) and I gave him my credit score ( I came in 40 points higher when they ran my credit) and he looked up the Blue Book value of my current vehicle and said that he still believed we could make a deal. He would talk to the Sales mgr. and get back with me Sat. morning. Sat morning came a woman called and said that they could make a deal and would I like to come in. At that time I asked - with my payoff and credit score you are going to be able to do this within my maximum payment amount. I stated I am not coming in and sit for hours and waste my day. She said YES, that we could make a deal. Sooooo in I go, after an hour or so they come out and tell me they can make It work if I go $10 more per month - I agreed and signed a form stating that I would agree to the discussed amount. Another hour later a "finance" person comes out to where I was sitting and proceeds to tell me that they cannot make it work unless I go $43 more per month on my payment. By this time I am upset that I even believed them in the first place and asked for my keys and stated I was leaving. At this point the "finance" person became extremely rude and I looked at my salesman and said get me my keys!! I walked out!!! THEY called me!!! I was not looking for a new car!!! And then they waste my time and proceed to be rude!!! Good grief - I thought I was dealing with used car dealers of the 70's!! More
