Getting a simple oil change where we purchased the car. was an issue . The person that answered for scheduling the service, stated they were back up and couldn't get us in for 2 weeks. We had purchased 4 new cars from this dealership in the past, and had an issue getting in to have them serviced. This car we purchased was not new, but was a pre-owned 2018 Kia Soul Plus 4-door with low mileage. I kept getting the run around every time I called to get a sooner appointment. I finally called the salesperson that sold uf the car, and explained the wait for an oil change. He said we could bring the car in anytime after 1:00 pm, during the week, which we did. Everyone treated us very nicely in the service department. Service Advisors Will and Marco took great care of us.. A female that was working made a comment for no reason, that I should be upgrading to a new Kia, instead of the 2018 Kia soul that we were having serviced that day. More
