Couldn't not find or fix rattle on driver's side of vehicle The last time I took the vehicle over I left it from Wednesday to Monday. They said they fixed a rattle in the front bumper. On the way hom vehicle The last time I took the vehicle over I left it from Wednesday to Monday. They said they fixed a rattle in the front bumper. On the way home after picking car up on the Monday the rattle returned about 6 miles from the dealership when the car was fully warmed up. I had told them this but they never drove the car long enough to get whatever was loosing up when hot to rattle and they didn't have any one that could ride with me on the day I picked it up to verify that the rattle had been fixed. Brought the car back the following Monday and had another service writer go out with me. He heard it as well as I did. He wanted me to leave the car again. I had to have a loaner or rental as it the only car we have and my wife uses it to go to work. No loaners available and would not rent us a vehicle and they did the first time I Left. Do frustrated I left the dealership. With in two weeks I went to different dealership and traded the vehicle for a new one. I will not be using KIA of Leesburg again unless it's an emergency.
