I made a phone call to Kia of Leesburg and Patrick (service manager) said he'd get my vehicle done by Friday after dropping it off Tuesday evening with Alan (service advisor). It was done Thursday morning, cleaned, and gassed up. To put a cherry on top, they were able to warranty the labor, when the other dealership told me no and to call Kia Corporate myself. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here. Treated like family. I will be taking all my vehicles here and telling everyone I know to take them here as well as buy their new vehicles here if in the market for a Kia. More
