First when making an appointment for a recall which is we are forced to bring down our new cars on our time , day off , etc . Recalls should be expedited as fast as possible! Needless to say my recall statement I received in the mail clearly states less than an hour and I waited over 3 hours !! Not happy !also when I asked how much longer after being there 2 hours I received attitude! Definitely terrible service! More
