She has been transparent and does a wonderful job of keeping lines of communication open and up to date. The realtime updates from the mechanic are a reassuring touch. They show me what they’re seeing and what needs to be done about it. The service and repairs have been timely and convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend Kia of North Austin. More
