I'm a believer! I was so pleased with my first service visit! I was greeted, quickly taken care of, and offered to be ubered to a nearby store so I didn't have to sit I was so pleased with my first service visit! I was greeted, quickly taken care of, and offered to be ubered to a nearby store so I didn't have to sit an wait. While I was enjoying retail therapy, they took care of a battery that I didn't even know was going bad, updated a recall, and the customer service was simply delightful. I'm definitely a happy customer. Aside from that, I really do like my 2019 Kia Sorento. I feel like my grandkids are as safe as they can possibly be when with me! I am also happy with Sport mode - it does make up for my not having a V8 like I've been used to for years. :) Has a lot of get up and go which means I can get out of the way of oncoming potential problems.
