I'm a believer! I was so pleased with my first service visit! I was greeted, quickly taken care of, and offered to be ubered to a nearby store so I didn't have to sit I was so pleased with my first service visit! While I was enjoying retail therapy, they took care of a battery that I didn't even know was going bad, updated a recall, and the customer service was simply delightful. I'm definitely a happy customer. Aside from that, I really do like my 2019 Kia Sorento. I feel like my grandkids are as safe as they can possibly be when with me! I am also happy with Sport mode - it does make up for my not having a V8 like I've been used to for years. :) Has a lot of get up and go which means I can get out of the way of oncoming potential problems. We were very impressed with the 2020 KIA Sedona. All questions were answered. Wills was kind, quick to get everything going, and easy to work with. The finance department gave us great deals.
