I'm driven by customer service. I reached out to Jason to ensure that he was in possession of a car prior to my wife submitting her application online. He confirmed that he did have the vehicle and I then told my wife to go ahead and submit her application. Later I was informed that he did not have the vehicle in his possession. I drove the 3.5 hour drive to look at alternative and Jason immediately put me with an arrogant young inexperienced salesman that would not budge on any vehicles, despite this issue being the result of Jason. This was a month prior and I have not heard anything. My wife credit score is high, this is because we do not apply for credit often. Too many inquiries impact your score. My wife bought a vehicle the same day in Houston, and yes they had to run her credit again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE More

The overall experience was exceptional Plenty of service writers to help customers eliminating wait times. The building is new and remarkably clean and fresh. Windows are available in the large and well furnished waiting room so you can actually see your vehicle being serviced.. My service advisor Zac was able to have a spare key made for my car while I waited at a very reasonable price and the Service Manager Cody greeted me personally. I was in and out in a short period of time and pleasantly surprised they had washed the car also at no charge.
