Professional, Knowledgeable, Personable, 10/10 Customer Service. They treat you like your car is the only one they’re working, even though we all know they’re swamped. The communication tools they use keep me engaged and confident they aren’t adding unnecessary work, because I can actually see and hear from the mechanic via a video in text! Daniel, Sean, and the service team have taken care of my family (6 Kias so far from this location) for over a decade. I feel like family and trust them 100% to make sure my kids and wife are safe in their cars. Ben runs a dealership that is family centered and only employees the best. High 5’s for everyone! More

Tayler made the car buying experience so much more enjoyable. You can really tell she loves what she does and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted in my price range. I believe that one thing that sets a good salesperson apart from a great salesperson is follow-through after purchase. I've had questions and have required assistance since I purchased through Kia of Nor apart from a great salesperson is follow-through after purchase.
