The Kia North team followed through and delivered what was discussed. My transaction had quite a few moving parts and some of the process was rushed through. Follow-up communication could improve between was discussed. My transaction had quite a few moving parts and some of the process was rushed through. Follow-up communication could improve between documentation and when car is ready for delivery. However, it was a positive experience overall and Ali did well to fill in the gaps, even on his days off. Would look to work with this team again. More
