I don’t think I’m able to edit this review. I have made a mistake I did speak with James and apparently I had the wrong phone number. I don’t know what happened to the messages that I left at the front desk but apparently they did not make it back to him and when I did finally get in touch with him, he actually called me a couple of times and was said that he had not gotten a Messages and we spent some time on the phone and worked it all out, so James deserves all five stars like I gave them in the beginning he did a very, very good job.
