Horrible service especially from the finance department. I was only given a first name of the finance manager, Susan, it took the office approximately 6 months to provide me car tag. During this wait time I I was only given a first name of the finance manager, Susan, it took the office approximately 6 months to provide me car tag. During this wait time I was pulled over and given a warning by State Trooper that it was illegal to have a temporary tag for an extended period of time. Finally on the day I received my tags I had to contact and have the Cedar Park police present to have my tags given to me as promised the day before. I do NOT recommend having any dealings with this car dealership More

Brought wife’s Soul in around 1:30 for an issue with USB port and a recall issue expecting to leave my car overnight which would have been a major inconvenience since I don’t live in Austin. Not only did th port and a recall issue expecting to leave my car overnight which would have been a major inconvenience since I don’t live in Austin. Not only did they get the car work done that very afternoon, they also provided transportation so I could grab a quick lunch off site. Amazing…everyone involved had happy, helpful attitudes.
