The whole process was very smooth. My service adviser (Arturo Silva) was absolutely outstanding. He kept me in the loop on progress, helped me claim insurance benefits to minimize my out-of-pocket, and did not try to upsell me like is so common at other dealerships. I'll definitely be back.
