If I could leave no stars I would I have been struggling to get out the car for the last 6 months they basically sold me a piece of crap and I say that because the last 4 car lots I been to trying to trade to get out the car for the last 6 months they basically sold me a piece of crap and I say that because the last 4 car lots I been to trying to trade it or anything they tells me this . I will never send , recommend or be back to this place and it’s awful because the disgusting human who sold me the car act as if it was such a great vehicle. Only thing good about it is the seat warmers when it’s not going dead or cutting off for no apparent reason they say because every time they check the battery it’s good so they say. However I have had to take this car to back and forth to get fixed 5 times and just to clarify I had it 6 months every month since purchase and right now today have to take it back yet again to get fixed. They should be ashamed it’s very unethical for a business to not value their cars and make sure they reliable like they claim them to be. Hope everyone reading this just be mindful and don’t let your need for a car get you put in unreliable used cars. Even the seats came stained just sad. More

One does not need to be a mechanic to come to this obvious conclusion. Regardless of how exactly the engine failure damaged the AC system (i.e. overheating of the compressor clutch, damage to the electromagnet compressor coil, spike in refrigerant pressures damaging high-pressure relief valves, rupturing seals, damage to A/C relays, wiring insulation, or temperature sensors) the AC failure was caused by the engine failure. Mr Gino the manager didn't explained that I could have claimed my IRS clean tax credit on my taxes for myself. He took my $4000 Dollar credit and put it forward a over price use car. Very disappointed! Emailed back and forth a few times with their Sales Manager Ian who flat out lied to me. My car was hit by an employee while it was parked waiting to get serviced. Alex was the service representative that I spoke with and told me that they will fix it free of charge of course. However I’ve been unsuccessful getting in contact with him to set up a day to get it fixed. I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages. I’ve had issues with my car and service department since I purchased the car last august. I wouldn’t recommend Kia to anyone. The cars are horrible and the customer service/ service members suck. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE PLEASE READ so it doesn't happen to you!!! WE worked on a 25 Sorrento and decided on an EX-Hybrid. I text the sales rep the window sticker on the trade, couple of pics as well as the sales sheet from another dealer showing the number they put on the trade and just needed them to match it as my wife didn't like the color so there would be no issues or confusion on the trade or the finance number we needed to be at. We got to agreeable finance numbers and since it was such an aggressive deal they didn't want to send a sales sheet with the breakdown so it couldn't be shopped to other dealers so we agreed it would be sent after we were approved. I submitted my credit app which was a hard pull on my credit and they sent the sheet which was SIGNED by the manager. I looked it over and noticed they had the wrong trade on the sheet, so I immediately made them aware and after they corrected the error, they told me that they couldn't put the needed number on the trade so sorry deal was off we were way too far apart. I have several questions the first how do you make that mistake on the trade when I again text the window sticker, pics and the sale sheet from the other dealer to the sales rep??? Second how do you appraise the wrong vehicle when the sticker and pics should have been forwarded ASAP to whoever handles the trade appraisals??? Last question I am a manager and handle contracts all day and have one to two members of my mgmt team look over to make sure there are no errors which is a simple fail-safe method. I can't express the disappointment in how this was handled and no attempt to make it right so BE VERY CAREFUL/CAUTIOUS when you work with this dealer!!! More
