Don’t service your vehicle here! This is the second time in a week I’ve had my vehicle here. I drive a 2018 Kia Niro and it has a service light come on. The first time they sent me h This is the second time in a week I’ve had my vehicle here. I drive a 2018 Kia Niro and it has a service light come on. The first time they sent me home saying “We aren’t sure what’s wrong, but it’s not doing it now.” And today I bring it in, they have me sit here for almost 3 hours and tell me that they ordered a part and well put you on a loaner. “Loaner” means go to Enterprise and rent a car that’s not even comparable to a Niro. Terrible service!!!! More
