New Management, Old Problems I spent 15 minutes trying to schedule a a service appointment online. Didn't work. I tried the chat. The rep promised that a member of the service I spent 15 minutes trying to schedule a a service appointment online. Didn't work. I tried the chat. The rep promised that a member of the service team would contact me shortly. 24 hours later - no contact. I called. Spent 15 minutes on the phone, was connected to 4 different people. Got an appointment, but NO ONE could tell me the specific service I was scheduled for. Was promised (again) that someone would call me shortly. So far (again), no contact. The kicker? Most of my time on the phone was spent on hold, listening to bad music AND advertisements claiming they were under new management and their customer service was greatly improved. I love my Kia, except when it's time to have something done. More

Originally was looking at the base model of the Optima Hybrid, but was able to move up and purchase the EX. Dale was able to give me a fair price on my trade in and Josh was able to beat my financing I had already secured. A win all the way around for me! Love the car!!! More
