Why would you allow another company representative (Auto Glass Experience) to approach your loyal patrons into being solicited to replace their windshield due to a tiny chip that could easily be repaired? I arrived at my scheduled appointment yesterday and was approached by someone who I thought was one of your service representative. His name was Darius and he and his team convinced me that I should have my windshield replaced. They went through the trouble of calling my insurance and scheduling my windshield to replaced. Afterwards, Tyler (who actually works for you) approached me and asked if I was being helped. I told him that Darius was already helping me. It was at that moment Tyler should have informed me that Darius DID NOT work for Kia Orange Park. Tyler lead me to believe that he was part of the team. This is the most DEVIOUS scam I have been tricked into. Would you allow your mother, sister, daughter, or any loved one to be scammed so fraudulently? I can't even fathom the amount of folks that fell into this deceitful trap. Have you NO DECENCY? I, wholeheartedly, placed my trust in you and your folks. I depend on your expertise and professional advise when it comes to my vehicle. SHAME ON YOU FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN!! Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere. More

“I can get you done just need you here.”Not! Straight bs and beating around the bush. Been talking with the manager Kelton Powell for a couple of months now. Finally this past sunday i asked if he could tra and beating around the bush. Been talking with the manager Kelton Powell for a couple of months now. Finally this past sunday i asked if he could trade me out of my jeep and put me into a stinger. He said he could. Had him run my credit again he said he can make a deal and needed me up there. Not once would he tell me any details just that he needed me there snd he could make the deal. I even emailed his gm to tell him how Kelton was doing but then I asked him to look into the deal and he went silent. He could not get me in my budget. Glad I did not go. Even tried putting me in a used car. More

July 9th , I had a small kitten run up under the frame of my car, we tried getting it out and couldn't so I went to kia of orange park ( where I have been buying cars from for years(4 brand new cars, plus m my car, we tried getting it out and couldn't so I went to kia of orange park ( where I have been buying cars from for years(4 brand new cars, plus my other daughter has bought 2 from them) to see if they could get it out, they said they couldn't find it, so ok maybe it got out, July 10th my sister, daughter and I are off to yard sale , well low n behold we hear the kitten crying, so BACK to Kia to get help, and kia told me I would have to pay to have it removed abt$75 they said, or I could wait to file a claim with my insurance once the kitten dies) Dies??? Well if course I wasn't going to let this kitten DIE, they finally found it and got it out and charged me$95.03.. I called kia corporation to talk to someone to see if could get my $$$ back, and they said it wasn't covered under warranty ..No joke, I knew that, what about your compassion for animals More
