Everyone @Kia is respectful. Kind. And professional. I was a bit taken back that I received multiple reasons for having to bring it back in to service. I was initially told that Kind. I was initially told that there was a communication problem with the Kia based computers and nothing was recorded. Upon dropping it off I was then told there were 2 recalls that were not addressed due to waiting for parts to be shipped. I had no communication or knowledge of this until I dropped it off also the first statement that it had to be checked and re entered for prof of recall adjustment could not be verified. Yes I really didn’t appreciate the inaccuracy of the Dyaus of my vehicle and the seeming run around. Again I do have appreciation for pleasant and hard working employees Thank you More

Even being kept late due to our purchase they both did it with smiles on there faces. If I were asked whether or not I would do business with Kia of PC again, my response would be only if it was guaranteed Frank and Adrialys would be over seeing everything!!! More

Nearly three hours for an oil change? Was told 60-90minutes on the phone when I made the appointment. Cool. Arrived at on time (3:15pm) and told 90mins - 2 hours. Pointed to my 6 and 7 year olds and asked them to try to get me out in 2 hrs. Dinner, bed time routine, etc. 2 hrs later I checked status and Stephen was honest enough to say my car hadn’t even been brought in yet. My service “advisor”, (Rachel?) never introduced herself. I know some car repairs take longer than expected, etc., I get it. No problem. But nearly three hours for an oil change? Especially with young children? Why should people make an appointment, show up on time and then sit for two hours and not have the car touched. Is this the best you can do KIAPC? (Update: I was in such a rush to go, I didn’t notice until the next morning I was overcharged for this service. How does that happen? More
