Oil change. Told 45minutes to hr. Went into waiting room 2 1/2 hrs. Later went to check on my car they said it’s been done for a long time and they were calling Told 45minutes to hr. Said I’d be waiting in the dealership for them. Just a waist of my time. They gave me complimentary service however there was a $35.00 special on oil changes for my car that week they were going to charge me $83.00 I have receipt. Not a good service plan More

Three times I went to resolve a tire issue. The first time they found nothing wrong with the tire but whatever was done all lights went off. Second time less then a week later, the same issue w The first time they found nothing wrong with the tire but whatever was done all lights went off. Second time less then a week later, the same issue with the same tire plus another tire had a nail and couldn't be fixed so purchased a new one because it was under warranty. The 3rd time after just 3 weeks (cause I went on vacation) the same issue same tire. Now a problem was found, a new tire is needed but because my warranty expired during this time frame I would have to pay out of pocket for a new tire. The representative that took care of me wanted to sell me a 200 plus tire. Despite explaining everything that occurred, I was told that I hadn't been there in 3 weeks and basically it didn't matter because my warranty expired. I will NEVER take my vehicle to Kia of PC again for anything. I have always taken my vehicle there since it's purchase for all of my service needs. I'm not sure what has happened but I always had the very same representative Tim. One day I went in for service and all the representatives desk were filled with young and new people. Tim was always respectful and worked with me to resolve whatever issue I had. He always made me feel like a valued customer. The last few times I went in to Kia I got a different person every time. I'm DONE with Kia of PC and will take my business somewhere else. More

I drove from Miami to your dealer because it was the only dealer that was honest and gave a true number for the deal i was making. All the KIA dealers that i contacted in Miami would not even quote me a only dealer that was honest and gave a true number for the deal i was making.
