I was out shopping and when I went to get into my car the car door handle fell off in my hand I drove to the nearest Kia dealership which was in Port Charlotte Florida and went in and spoke to one of the ser car door handle fell off in my hand I drove to the nearest Kia dealership which was in Port Charlotte Florida and went in and spoke to one of the service men named Henry he had me come in check to make sure that they had the doorhandle they did got it on was in less than a half an hour probably 20 minutes he was so helpful and so sweet and so nice very very very pleasant I really appreciate it I had my grandson with me it was hot so the experience was overall great More
