I’ve come to this location a couple times now for services on my car and I’m honestly impressed with the way they operate. I’ve worked with Olivia Mailman twice now and both times she was friendly, respectful, and informative. She answered my many questions and was incredibly helpful. When my car had been looked at, I received a detailed video explaining the findings and result of my visit. The whole process was wonderful. I was notified of the expected time of completion when I got fully checked in so I could make the determination to get a ride home and come back to get my car when everything was done. She called me when it was ready and ready for pickup. It has been a pleasure working with her and I hope to continue doing business with her and this Kia location in the future. Thanks! More
Purchased a Platinum Certified 2021 Sorento that had the 165 point checklist completed with the original warranty in place in February. I thought a nice feature so I replied twice and once I got the same message back and another time no answer. I have three issues. Drive side master window switch does not always work to roll down the other three windows. Must be a loose wire because when I reshut the door harder, the little light comes on and the window switch works. Second, passenger side windshield wiper is no good. Streaks. One would think with all the inspections one would not have these issues. Thirdly, what really irks me, only one key fob. Shame on me for not asking. I expected there would be one as the vehicle came off lease, snow birds had the vehicle and the vehicle is in real nice shape and taken car of. Who would have thunk!!! Austin said he called the prior leasee. I called him back a few days later. He called them twice. If I knew there was no fob I would have made it a condition of the deal. He was very attentive during the process. And I drove from Cape Coral to this dealership as I read a lot of good reviews. More

I took my van in to diagnose an issue with the sliding door. The first appointment, the service contact told me it could take 2 hours to determine the cause. 3.5 hours later, I went back to speak with h door. But another person was able to provide me an update a few minutes later. I went back when the parts were available, when I got there Olivia told me that it could take 2 to 4 hours, so she offered an UBER. More than One hour later, the UBER had not yet arrived, so after two messages to Olivia, without response, I walked back into the service area, and she told me that the wrong part had been ordered. My car would be ready in another 30 minutes. When the correct part was delivered, I scheduled an appointment. The scheduling person did not indicate how long it would take, but based on my last interaction with Olivia - I thought I should leave the car and get a ride home. I dropped off my car at 8:30 am.......and my friend picked me up. By 9:45 I got a call that my car was done - so I got a ride back to the dealership. Follow up with customers is important. Scheduler should know how long the visit should take. More
