Had to wait two hours for an oil change tire rotation not my idea of fast service. I had a coupon and told the gal and she said it would be taken off and it never was. This was a lie. I only found out the recall repair was not complete when I got a message to make an appointment. I have not received any return phone call. I now do not trust that anything else was done properly either. Completely unacceptable. On a minor note, I was told the car outside was washed. When I got to the car it was clearly not washed. Again - I have no trust in this service team. More
