I was notified several months ago of a safety recall with a fix pending, and notified several weeks ago that the fix was now available. I made an appointment for the repair and on arrival was told they didn' a fix pending, and notified several weeks ago that the fix was now available. I made an appointment for the repair and on arrival was told they didn't have the part and would need to order it. The next day I got an email telling me Id missed my service appointment. About a week later the part came in and I made an another appointment for the repair,and on arrival was told they had the part but Kia had a still newer remedy and they'd have to order it. I'd now made 2 30 mile round trips that could have been avoided if anyone had checked a day before the service appointment to see if they were prepared to do the scheduled work. Kia did arrange to pick up and return my car so only my car, but not me had to make a 3rd round trip. I never did meet Maria. This is unbelievably poor service not deserving a star. More

My first experience leaving my Telluride for an oil change was not a good experience. I had a 9 am appointment, came back at 11:30 am and they had not even taken the car in. I did not leave there until change was not a good experience. I had a 9 am appointment, came back at 11:30 am and they had not even taken the car in. I did not leave there until 12:45pm.
