Every time I come here I always get charged for something. I got the prepaid service agreement, but it doesn’t cover all required services, just the oil change. I also purchased the extended warranty, but you still need to pay for the diagnostic.Only if they find the problem they will wave the fee. I understand, but on the other hand I feel drained financially just for all the “required” services on this car.I love my car, but will probably never buy another Kia due to the service department greed.
