KIA of Stockton was the only KIA dealership within a 100 mile radius that could work on my 2023 KIA Sportage Hybrid that was throwing Hybrid Malfunction errors and the car turning off. She clearly let me know the details of the repair and the cost in a timely manner. She was very patient with all of my questions and my objections. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service and it was greatly appreciated. I am extremely unhappy with KIA Corporate with how they handled my warranty case. To make a long story short, I'll never buy another KIA again and will advise against purchasing a KIA to all my friends and family. I arrived at the service department at 8:30 a. m. which was the time of my appointment. The service department isle was pretty packed. The service consultant that assisted me was Audrey Haynes. My 2019 Kia Sorento SXL, which I purchased at this dealership had a left rear passenger seatbelt problem. I told Audrey that I would wait in showroom while my vehicle was being repaired. I helped myself to a cup of coffee and sat in the showroom. To my surprise, Audrey came and got me before I could finish drinking my cup of coffee and said my car is ready for pick up. It only took 35 minutes to repair the issue. GREAT SERVICE DEPARTED!!! More
