Have never had such a bad experience trying to buy a car. Internet sales is handled by someone who apparently doesn't use email or internet. I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to buy, but I couldn't even get a price out of Mack after 3 days of trying. Don't shop here unless you're looking for a "system house" operated on an outdated business model. More

I was misled about certain things that come standard with the Kia Soul. Don't get me wrong the car itself is a great car but I wish I would have shopped around at other dealers before making the mistake of the Kia Soul. The finance manager was dishonest with me and very unfriendly. DO NOT trust or believe what this dealer tells you. I have never been misled by a car dealership as bad as I have by this dealer.
