This was based primarily on our salesperson Willian Blanco. I have been in the customer service business for over 40 years so I know that establishing trust is very important. Knowledge of your product is next. Willian immediately put my wife and I at ease. I never felt pressured. He explained the Soul's features and new technology to us and answered any questions we had. He even put my wife, who is not a very confident driver at ease choosing the right road to drive on. Even the negotiating process was relatively painless. We felt we got a fair price.
