Initially Good Followed by Extremely Painful We purchased a 2016 Kia Forte, which on the surface appeared to be a good car. The deal we received on our purchase was good as far as price and paym We purchased a 2016 Kia Forte, which on the surface appeared to be a good car. The deal we received on our purchase was good as far as price and payment even though I did not care for having to deal with several different people, some of which were rather pushy, throughout the course of the very lengthy process. It wasn't until I drove the car to work, approximately a 30-40 minute drive, that a problem became evident. By the time I arrived at work, my back was killing me because of the driver's seat. I took the car back on the third day of ownership, approximately a 30-45 minute drive, to try and return the car only to find out they would not do that and would only try to sell me another car, asking for more money on top of the large amount that was put down on the Forte and not giving me a good trade-in value for it compared to what was paid just 3 days prior. After becoming increasingly upset with how I was being talked down to by some of those I was dealing with, not feeling that they even cared about my dilemma, and all they cared about was money not customer service/satisfaction, I left in pain and extremely unsatisfied in a car I absolutely hate. Had it been just because the car was different from what I was used to or did not have a feature I wished I had, I would never have said a word, but this vehicle is causing me severe pain and I feel the issue could have been handled much more compassionately and with a better outcome. More
