routine maintenance was needed Went in for routine oil change at 19,000 miles. Ended up with tire rotation, oil change, filters changed and throttle body (whatever that is). So this past Saturday, I stopped in as my overdue VA rating finally arrived. I showed her the Index card showing the above specs wanted and found out an employee in Cape Coral found a Deep Cerulean that I though met my specs. The driver brought the car to Wesley Chapel only for me to find out if was a Deep Cerulean EX not Touring Edition. The manager Manny said the employee was New and failed to inform us before the car was driven from Cape Coral. I was of course furious as I was also told Fuccillo stores had None of the Touring Edition Niro's. Manny said Billy had a family emergency yet would get a copy of this Survey. It was closing time so I drove home to Brandon only to find out that my Key Chain with my house keys was never returned after the Forte5 keyfob was removed. So naturally, I had to drive back to Wesley Chapel where Manny was closing and found my house keys in the Key Tray. I finally went home saying that I did not want Cindy or Manny fired. I wanted Billy informed of what happened and was assured he would! More
