I was pleased again to have a very positive experience, now again, this second time. Gene H. was a great salesman who was very interested in making sure that we found the car that best fit our needs. He was very informative and honest in his appraisal of vehicles and their features. When it came time for price negotiation, both Gene and the sales manager Kenny were respectful of our monetary situation and went above and beyond in regards in securing the terms for our new vehicle. I would recommend not only Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel as a dealership, but also Gene as a salesman. When it came time to learn about our new car, Gene was very helpful in explaining and demonstrating all the features of the vehicle, especially the electronic features and their various functions and menus. Tire Repair I scheduled a service call due to one of my tires seemingly to have a slow leak. Took it in.. Jenny, in service, took great care of me by keeping me I scheduled a service call due to one of my tires seemingly to have a slow leak. Took it in.. Due to having Hazard coverage, Fuccillo repaired my tire, which did have a nail it, and the restwas out in less than 2 hours during a very busy Saturday afternoon. Jackie greeted us as soon as we walked to the front door and was extremely friendly and courteous, given the fact we had an 18 month old with us. She was very calm and patient and asked questions to find out what we needed. The management staff worked with us on our budgeting needs to help us walk out with a car we were very happy with. We didnt feel the need to shop around after spending time with the staff at this location. More

Wasnt my battery light that came on the dash but check engine so makes me wonder ... service staff was very friendly.. washed exterior of car but still upset I had to spend my Sunday dealing with this issue. I know their staff sees a lot of customer but to have just been there a week ago and to have the people (finance, salesmen) etc that I had direct contact with have no acknowledgement of me was a bit crappy.. seems no staff cares about your time once they get the sale. And no one ever smiles. Just my opinion. More

Inspite of some of the pitfalls coming up with closing this deal and getting me into a new car; he never displayed anything but professionalism and dedication to ensure I drove away with what was best for me. I am so glad I contacted him because I drove away with a 2019, plus a cruise for two. Made It Right! I had a crazy Saturday morning, my car would not start at the airport after returning from a trip. I called Fuccillo Kia after a service company cam I had a crazy Saturday morning, my car would not start at the airport after returning from a trip. I called Fuccillo Kia after a service company came and jumped my car. Fuccillo fit me in on a busy Saturday and checked over my car and reported that it was indeed the battery. I had a little concern over the cost of the battery replacement, but I was eager to get my car fixed and to be home after a long week. I provided some feedback to Kia about my experience. On Monday, Nick called me and stated he had read my feedback, and he wanted to know more about my experience on Saturday. He also explained the reason behind the cost of the battery and offered to have my battery replaced elsewhere and to refund my $$'s. Who does this? - Fuccillo Kia does! Thank you, your service department is top notch and customer focused. And nope!! I did not opt to have my battery replaced elsewhere. I will not go anywhere else to have my Kia serviced. More
